Major Products and Services

Marine Loading Arms

With the experiences of over half century, we develop, manufacture and supply various kinds of loading arms suitable for various applications. Loadig arms are available to cover smaller to larger size tankers. The fluids handled include chemicals such as concentrated sulfuric acid, cryogenic fluid such as LNG, and fluid with a high freezing point such as molten sulfur and asphalt, in addition to oil-related products. Our marine loading arms are also used to transport slurry in which certain solids are mixed with liquid for conveyance.

Swivel Joints

Swivel joint permits 360-degree rotation allowing smooth flow radii for minimum flow restriction and enables the piping to be configured in any direction as required. In particular, the swivel joint specially designed for cryogenic use features safe and reliable liquid loading performance. Widely used for various applications such as, oil & gas, steel mill, machinery, food and construction industries.

LNG Pumps

In cooperation with Shinko Ind. Ltd., we developed an LNG transfer pump for onshore use and were the first to successfully produce it in Japan in 1979. Because the pump is submerged in cryogenic liquefied gas and completely isolated from the atmosphere, there is no risk of explosions or gas leakages. The SMB type (pot model) is used for pressurizing and circulating pumps in LNG terminals, and the SMR type (in-tank model) is used in underground storage tanks. Our pumps are widely used in LNG and LPG storage terminals and cryogenic power generation plants in Japan and around the world.
